If signup opens, Buttondown will process the email address you submit for release news and occasional author updates. Subscription confirmation will use double opt-in, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and the site will not sell subscriber information.

Site data and cookies
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects this website and may process limited technical request information, including IP address, device details, and request logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser beacon to provide aggregate page-visit, referral, device, and performance information. Aggregate visits to the first-party Amazon redirect page are used as a measure of retailer interest, not sales. No advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, analytics cookies, or fingerprinting are configured.
Constructed identity and creative tools
Jessika Harte-Bronwen is a constructed author identity. AI tools are part of the creative and production process. The work is presented under this author identity without claiming an invented human biography or lived experience. Mira is a fictional character and is not represented as a physically existing person in the real world.
